How to Blacklist emails

How to blacklist email addresses:

Magnetic allows you to sync your email account when you send and receive emails we capture and store all of those emails for you.
Some emails could be sensitive or personal. This setting allows you to block certain emails from being captured, either from an individual email address (Personal) or a domain (Global).  

Follow these steps:

1. Hover the cursor over your name.
2. Click on Personal Settings.
   
   
   
3. Scroll down and click on View E-mail Blacklist
4. Type in the email address you want to add to the Email Blacklist.
5. Select from the dropdown menu if the email is Global or personal.
6. GLOBAL: Prevent magnetic capturing emails from an entire domain.E.g. a bank.
7. PERSONAL: Blocking Personal emails will prevent magnetic from capturing one email address.
8. Click New Rule to add the email to the blacklist
