To add a Client or Supplier follow these steps:
1. Open the left hand side menu and select Companies.
2. Click on New Company (Note: a company can either be a Client or a Supplier).
3. Fill out the information.
Approved Accounts Client & Supplier
You can configure Magnetic so it is possible only to create Tax Invoices or Supplier Invoices on Approved Accounts. See this article for more information.
Add a contact
Click on the Client or Supplier you would like to add a contact to and click on New Contact. Fill out the information.
Quick Add a contact or company:
- Hover over the Quick Add menu at the bottom left corner of your screen.
- Click on contact or company depending on which one you want to create. We will use contact as an example.
- Add all your contact's details.
- Save.
