How to change or reset my password

It is always recommended to change your password on a regular basis for security purposes.

Follow these steps to change your password:

1. Hover the mouse cursor over your name.
2. Click on Personal Settings.
   
3. Type in your new password where it says "Password".
4. Confirm your password in the next text box.
5. Save.

Passwords must not contain the following:

1. Your name
2. Company name
3. 7 Characters or longer 

While we don't enforce it, we recommend you add a number or symbol to your password to make it more secure eg. Tom@to1

Follow these steps to reset your password:

1. Navigate to the Login page
2. Click "Forgotten your details?
3. Input your Magnetic user email address and hit send
4. You will receive an email with further instructions
