Assessing a performance review

Follow these steps:

1. Click on HR in the left hand navigation menu and click on Reviews.

2. Go to the user you wish to review and hover over the Actions (3 dots)menu

3. Click on "Assess" or click "View" and then click "Assess"

Note: You will not be able to assess the performance review unless the review has been approved.

4. Here you will be able to rate the employee based on a scaled of 1 - 5 with 1 being worst and 5 being best. The scoring is proportionate to the % given to the KPI's. 

5. Once done, click on save and the review will be processed. 

6. All parties will be sent an email notifying them that a review has been completed.
