WHAT SETUP IS NEEDED FOR THIS REPORT TO WORK EFFECTIVELY
The following users are involved in the data that populates this report:
Resource / Project Managers - these are the users who assign tasks to users and jobs and ensure all the correct information is set on the task.
Make sure opportunities are assigned to an owner.
Make sure opportunities are linked to companies.
Anyone responsible for doing work on opportunities
These users must keep their opportunities are up to date.
Mark opportunities as Won once the deal is signed.
Make sure the following information is added to each opportunity:
Once off value or monthly value.
Expected target closing date.
HOW TO ACCESS AND USE THIS REPORT
Analytics -> Reporting -> Opportunities -> Sales Won.
- Results can be exported as a CSV file, Excel file or a PDF document.
HOW TO MAINTAIN THIS REPORT
Host a weekly meeting with your resource/project manager and review the Sales Won Report to ensure all the data is accurate and up to date.
