ZiFlow Integration

ZiFlow is a online proofing platform that can be integrated with Magnetic. This will allow you to seamlessly view proofs, review assets & collaborate easily to streamline your workflow processes.

To set up a ZiFlow integration, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Company Settings>Integrations
2. Add your ZiFlow Domain (This will be the URL of your ZiFlow instance)
3. Check the Activate icon
4. Navigate to Personal Settings
5. Add your ZiFlow API key in the space provided. (You can retrieve your API key from your ZiFlow profile settings)

NOTE: Each of your users will need to add their ZiFlow API key to Magnetic to use the integrated ZiFlow functionality.

Once you've successfully integrated, various ZiFlow options will be visible to you in Magnetic:

1. a "ZiFlow" tab will become available on jobs
   1. You will be able to link the job to a new ZiFlow folder or link to an existing one.
      
   2.  Once a folder is linked, it will display information regarding your linked ZiFlow folder, tasks, reviewers and proof owners as well as any unlinked proofs within the folder.
      
      
      
2. Task list views will display an ZiFlow icon if there's a proof associated to it.
   
   
   
3. Creating a new proofs or linking existing proofs to a task:
   1. Add a task, then from your task list view, click to edit it
   2. Choose from existing proof within the linked ZiFlow folder or create a new proof
      
   3. Add your details of your new proof
      Once the proof is created, it will be available to view in your ZiFlow instance
      
      
4. Linked proofs will displays under the "ZiFlow" section when editing a task.
   Click on "View Proof" to be redirected to ZiFlow and view the proof.
   
   
   
5. My Hub will display your ZiFlow proofs
   Click on "Open" to be redirected to ZiFlow and view the proof.
