SOLVED ISSUES
- Time entries allocating erroneous hours DONE
Some users reported erroneous hours on their timesheet from Sunday 6 April to Monday 7 April. We have run a script to remove the erroneous hours but the script might now have caught everything. We urge you to check your timesheet for those two days and manually remove time that is incorrect.
- Saved searches are not always loading DONE
- Adjust allocation not showing all users in resource list DONE
- Adjust allocation not populating from resource allocated time DONE
- Settings/Filters on Team Scheduler didn't always save DONE
- Ideal Capacity and Extra Capacity was preloaded with 8 hours instead of 6 and 2 hours DONE
- Unassigned section included old/archived jobs/tasks DONE
- Unassigned section - didn't open job when clicking job name DONE
- Job Recon reports and Finance Summary view was not showing tracked time where the tracked time was not linked to a resource allocated on the task DONE
- Task owner was removed as a Watcher on task when removed as an allocated resource DONE
- Task edit modal sometimes didn't show unallocated racked time/users DONE
- Team Scheduler - Show Completed didn't save DONE
- Grouping Recon report Excel exports don't work as well as undefined error with task resource name in the downloaded CSV file DONE

- Task info disappears temporarily from preview after moving a task DONE
- Task Start/End Dates sometimes not picking up correctly when viewing in the Team Scheduler DONE

- Some reports are being updated to accommodate figures for time tracked by non assigned resources (users who tracked time on task but weren't an assigned resource to begin with) DONE

WORKING ON
- MyActions - Adding the ability to see your task allocations for today (not just overdue tasks and tasks due for today/This week/)
- Allocated resources on allocation tile my appear blank when dragging tasks from unassigned section in Team scheduler (this is just a visual issue - you resources are still linked to the task)
- When dragging from Unassigned section in the team scheduler, and allocating to a resource, the resource is to be a watcher on the task.
BASED ON YOUR FEEDBACK
Default setting set to "Evenly" on tasks add
We are considering to add an enhancement on the task modal that will allow you to set the default allocation method to "First available Capacity" or "Evenly" for the task. DONE- Bulk Task Editing - add an option to change allocation method to "Evenly" DONE
- My Actions page to include a section "Tasks Assigned to Me" DONE
- List users in Team Scheduler alphabetically DONE
- Considering a view to show tasks in the Team Scheduler based on Task Start/End date as opposed to when resources are allocated
- Considering adding a warning message when task Start/End dates gets updated when moving a task (and associated allocations) outside the tasks current Start/End date.
- Tool-tip on Find Resource button DONE
- Adding Task Start/End date (as well as stating "Allocation Start/End date") on the Card tool-tip in the Team Scheduler DONE
