STEP 2: Brief Review and Collaboration

When a new brief is submitted, and connected to a Workflow, the users added in the workflow receives an email about the brief submission. Clicking on the link provided in the email, the user is taken directly to the brief.


The brief can now be reviewed and updated with a new status. 


A full list of briefs that requires review can be found in the My Briefs Kanban board. 


Brief versioning

Dependent on Subscription plan, a new version of a brief can be created, edited and re-submitted. 

When a new version is created, the user that submitted the brief receives an email. 


To create a new version, click the Actions button and select Create new version.


When a new version is created, all original responses are kept but can now be changed and the brief re-submitted.


Brief versions can be viewed under Versions.


Brief Collaboration

You can add comments to either a specific field or add a general comment.

@mention other users

You can @mention other users, but only users who share the same collection as you.
