Statuses are automatically created and are used in the Kanban Board. Default statuses are fixed. Enterprise Plan subscriptions can add new statuses.
Draft: the default statuses for all briefs when they are created. Users can save a brief in Draft status.
Submitted: default status when a brief is submitted. Once a brief is submitted it can no longer go back to Draft status and counts as a brief against the monthly or purchased briefs.
In Review: suggested status to use when a brief is being reviewed (no system automation on this status).
Approved: suggested status to use when a brief is approved. (Integrations to other systems triggers when a brief is moved to the Approved status).
Archived: not a status, but a brief can be Archived which will move the brief to the Archived list.
