Revenue Forecast Dashboard

This dashboard provides detailed insight into your overall/future projected sales performance and allows you to monitor key financial metrics such as expected revenue across your existing jobs and opportunities.

How to access this report:

  • Navigate to Analytics -> Dashboards -> Revenue Forecast


Breakdown:

  1. Filters.  Filter by Company or Period. Default date range is 12 months. 
    If you wish to include opportunities over a certain probability, specify a percentage value from the provided dropdown. 

  2. Snapshot summary of the revenue breakdown. Hover over each tile to see how the values are calculated.
  3. Revenue Dashboard. The dashboard displays a graph of billed/CE's on Open jobs/Opportunity amounts per month. Click on either legend to show/hide.


    * The data can be download in either SVG, PNG or CSV format by clicking the icon to the right of the graph (indicated below) and selecting the relevant option.
  4. Company breakdown. A breakdown of revenue/expected revenue per month per client. Hover over a colour tile to get a detail breakdown of the individual totals split.
  5. Snapshot pie charts. These charts provide a quick look into metrics for your Top 5 billed clients, your top 5 billed internal items types and top 5 internal item types on cost estimates.
