Customise your Personal Settings

We are all individuals and have our personal preferences of how we like to work. At Magnetic we cater for your unique preferences with our customisable personal settings.

You can customise the following personal settings:

• Update your personal Information and add an avatar. Add an avatar and add/update your personal information
• Customise your theme. Using the "Daily" background displays a new random background every day. Having a new daily background image will brighten up your day, even on the bluest of Mondays.
• Set your time zone. Specify your time zone
• Managing your email notifications: This area allows you to choose what notifications you will receive via email, as well as decide how often you get notified. You can change these settings at any time.
• "I love receiving thousands of email notifications every day" - Said nobody, ever!
• Add an auto-reply. Add an auto-reply for your linked email account
• Add your email account and blacklist email addresses: Magnetic allows you to sync your email account, when you send and receive emails we capture and store all of those emails for you. Some emails could be sensitive or personal. This setting allows you to block certain emails from being captured, either from an individual email address (Personal) or a domain (Global). Blocking Personal emails will prevent magnetic from capturing one email address. Global will prevent magnetic capturing emails from an entire domain.
• Updating your Magnetic password: Change your password at any time here.
• View all of your connected integrations and alternate sign ins.
• Setting up Two Factor Authentication: Setup 2FA for your account for added security when logging in.
• View your API token and the API documentation

How to update your personal information:

1. Hover the cursor over your name.
2. Click on Personal Settings.
3. Make your changes
4. Save
