Signing a deal (converting an opportunity to a job)

An Opportunity is converted to a job/project once it is "signed'.

To sign a deal, follow these steps: 

1. Locate the Opportunity.
2. Click the "Burger" menu and click "Edit".
   
   
   
   
3. Tick the "Signed" box.
   
   
4. Save.
5. Your opportunity has now been converted into a job and you can find it in the Jobs module.
   
   TIP:  If you are in the Status Lane View, then you can drag and drop the Opportunity into the WON column to automatically convert it into a job.

**All Opportunity tasks will still be present in the Project.
**Probability of an Opportunity will be replaced with Percentage complete of a Project.
