Signing a deal (converting an opportunity to a job)

A lead or opportunity becomes a job/ project once it is "signed' 

To sign a deal, follow these steps: 

1. Click on Opportunities.
2. Find the Opportunity you want to sign and convert into a job/project.
3. Hover and click the "Actions" menu that appears 
4. Click "Edit Opportunity:
5. Scroll down to where the "Signed" tick box is and tick it.
6. Save.
7. Your opportunity has now been converted into a job and you can find it in the Jobs module.
   
   TIP:  If you are in the Status Lane View, then you can drag and drop the Opportunity into the WON column to automatically convert it into a job.

**All Opportunity tasks will still be present in the Project.
**Probability of an Opportunity will be replaced with Percentage complete of a Project.
