This report is great for seeing a breakdown of all your jobs and their statuses.


WHAT INFORMATION CAN YOU GET OUT OF THIS REPORT?


This report can show you a status of all jobs which can be sorted in various ways such as:

  • Job names

  • Job owners

  • The job statuses

  • Percentage of completion

  • Due dates

  • Associated accounts and their status

  • Watchers associated to specific jobs

  • Incomplete tasks in the jobs.

  • Estimated and tracked time in a job.


The more filters you add to specify the information you want to see, the more precise the results will be.


WHAT SETUP IS NEEDED FOR THIS REPORT TO WORK EFFECTIVELY  

This report gives you a detailed overview of all jobs, but in order for it to work effectively, the following key things should be in place:


The following users are involved in the data that populates this report:

  

  • Resource / Project Managers - these are the people who assign jobs to users.

    • Jobs must be assigned to a company. 

    • Jobs must have an updated status.

    • Jobs must have a start date and due date. 

  • Anyone responsible for doing work on jobs

    • These users must keep their jobs up to date to ensure the progress status is accurate. 

    • Completed tasks must be ticked off as completed.  

  • Managers - it is important for managers to regularly review the job status report.


HOW TO ACCESS AND USE THIS REPORT

  • Analytics -> Reporting -> Jobs -> Job Status.

  • Enter the search filters you wish to use. 

  • The results can be exported as a CSV file, Excel file or a PDF document.

HOW TO MAINTAIN THIS REPORT

  • Ensure all the statuses are updated for the report.
