This dashboard gives you insight into how your much time is being spent in client projects versus what has been budgeted for in a selected period. This allows you to identify if you are under/overservicing clients.
How to access this report:
- Navigate to Analytics>Reporting>Overservicing
Breakdown:
- Filters. Filter by Company or Period. Default is current month to date.
- Average overservicing hours and value. Displays the average of overservicing hours and corresponding overservicing value per client based on the added filters. Negative values indicate underservicing and positive indicates overservicing
- Dashboard showing under/over budget
Displays under budget / over budget value per client. Click on either legend to show/hide - Client and Job Owner overservicing breakdown. This displays the amount of hours and equivalent value of overservicing per client or per job owner (either positive or negative)
- Breakdown of hours per client job/project including estimates vs actuals and overservicing values.
Completion Rate is set manually on the job/project
Use the toggle to switch between currency values or time values
