Over-servicing Dashboard

Modified on Thu, 4 Jul at 3:27 PM

This dashboard gives you insight into how your much time is being spent in client projects versus what has been budgeted for in a selected period. This allows you to identify if you are under/overservicing clients.

How to access this report:

  • Navigate to Analytics -> Dashboards -> Overservicing

Breakdown:

  1. Filters: Filter by Company or Period. Default is current month to date.
  2. Average over-servicing hours and value: Displays the average of over-servicing hours and corresponding over-servicing value per client based on the added filters. Negative values indicate under-servicing and positive indicates over-servicing.

  3. Dashboard showing under/over budget
Displays under budget / over budget value per client. Click on either legend to show/hide.

  4. Client and Job Owner over-servicing breakdown: This displays the amount of hours and equivalent value of over-servicing per client or per job owner (either positive or negative).

  5. Breakdown of hours per client job/project including estimates vs actuals and over-servicing values.
Completion Rate is set manually on the job/project.
Use the toggle to switch between currency values or time values.
